Whenever his parents were working, he would spend time with his grandparents. \u201cMy granddad used to sing in care homes, so I\u2019d go with him and join in,\u201d he said. Then he added an unexpected request: he wished his grandfather could perform alongside him that day.<\/p>\n<p>The moment took everyone by surprise\u2014especially his grandfather, Frankie Johns, who was sitting in the audience completely unaware he would be called up.
