The average American drinks about 3 cups of coffee per day, which sounds reasonable until you remember some people drink zero, meaning the rest of us are picking up the slack.<\/p>\n
How much coffee is too much? Well, that\u2019s for you to decide. I wish doctors and health nuts would let us have just this one thing. Unless you\u2019re putting sugar and flavors in it, it\u2019s pretty harmless aside from the caffeine. Even then, there\u2019s decaf. But that\u2019s real dedication.<\/p>\n
