A 34-year-old male presented to the dental clinic with complaints of unusual texture and discoloration on the dorsal surface of his tongue. On examination, coarse, dark filaments resembling hair were observed across the posterior tongue surface, along with poor oral hygiene and food debris between the molars. The patient reported a history of smoking and infrequent tongue brushing.
